The Biannual European - Latin American Summer School on Design, Test and Reliability (BELAS) provides training in these three crucial areas of electronic circuits and systems. The series of BELAS events is organized twice a year during the summers in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Distinguished experts from Europe and Latin America will share their knowledge with PhD, MSc, undergraduate students, as well as postdocs and engineers.
BELAS 2016 is organized with the support of the H2020 TUTORIAL (Twinning to Strengthen Tallinn University of Technology’s Research and Innovation Capacity in Nanoelectronics Based Dependable Cyber-Physical Systems) project.
BELAS 2016 will take place in Italy at Politecnico of Torino, from the 30th of May to the 1st of June, 2016.

The forum is organized to foster discussions between attending PhD students and gives them a great opportunity to share their research results and as well as to get feedback from the summer school speakers. It is organized in form of sessions for oral presentation and poster sessions.
