E-Learning Issues for Advanced Technical Topics

This paper described the problems found in applying e-learning methodologies and tools to an advanced technical topic: traning in Elenctronic Design Automation at the University level. Several problems are identified, that lie in the critical path to successful implementation of learning programs for future electrical and computer engineers.
