Evaluating the effects of transient faults on vehicle dynamic performance in automotive systems

ABSTRACT
We propose a methodology to analyze at the system-level the implications of transient faults in automotive electronics over vehicle response. Fault injection experiments relate safety specifications for components with performance objectives at the vehicle level.
