He attended the Liceo Classico in Ivrea (Italy), and then the Politecnico di Torino (Torino, Italy), where he took his Master degree in Electronics in 1991.
In 1995 he took his PhD degree in Computer Science at the Politecnico di Torino.
Since November 1997 he is a Researcher at the Dipartimento
di Automatica e Informatica of the Politecnico di Torino.
